Open the valve and use the arm to effortlessly raise the metal plate, which then sandwiches the disc cutter between the two plates and applies even pressure to cut the shapes in the metal. •It includes a 5 tonne hydraulic press. Features 4 pillar with brass bushes, which helps in excellent movement. •Working Area: 9¾” x 8¾” x 13¼”
